STG Global

STG Global is an industry leader in manufacturing and producing specialised truck bodies. They needed an electrical fit out for its large spray paint booth, designed to drive a truck or large vehicle into to be spray painted.

This was a new piece of equipment for STGGlobal, so all new wiring and lights had to be installed and connected.

We started the fit out by wiring power for the wall and ceiling lights, working around other trades involved in the project. Next, we had to provide a solution to bring all the wires back to the control panel, so we installed ladder tray to support the multiple cable runs.

We then installed power to the booth for air intake and extraction fans, ensuring there’s no buildup of paint fumes. We also installed wiring for the damper motors, heat exchangers to keep the room at a constant temperature, emergency stop buttons and sensors for the service door.

STG Global now have a functional, well-lit and safe spray paint booth to keep its trucks looking like new.
